
Cancellation Policy
Because my business is built on the foundation of trust between client and myself, in order to ensure my business stay open and functioning, I have implemented a cancellation policy.
Simply put, when you don't show up for your appointment, I do not make money I use to keep a roof over my head and food on my table. So, cancelling and/or rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time is grounds for 100% of services to be charged before your next appointment may be scheduled.
24 hours notice is required because that gives me time for me to fill your spot for another client.
I understand that life can get crazy and things happen, but communication is key here. By being responsible and communicating with me, this fee may or may not be waived.
Note that I do not have a deposit required for booking and would like to keep it this way, so that is why the cancellation policy is in place.
